WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO SHOOT?
You must be over 21 to rent handguns, and 18 for shotguns and rifles. A valid ID is also required for entry onto the range. Eye and ear protection are required on the range at all times. You may bring your own, or rent/purchase them from the rental counter. Closed toe shoes recommended.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FIREARMS?
Yes! Make sure all firearms that enter the building are locked and unloaded. NO EXCEPTIONS! You are always free to bring your own firearms.
HOW DO I RENT?
We have a large selection of firearms available at the rental counter. You need a valid ID and must be at least 18 to rent rifles and shotguns, and 21 years old to rent handguns. Rental firearms are required to use range ammunition only.
WHAT CAN I SHOOT?
Handguns, Rifles and Shotguns are permitted at the indoor range. Rifles and Shotguns must have a buttstock and sights. No hip firing with pistol grip Ars or Shotguns are allowed. Pistol Braces are authorized. No outside automatics are authorized out onto the range.
CAN I DRAW FROM A HOLSTER?
Holster work is only permitted for licensed CCW holders, law enforcement, and those approved by Range Staff.
WHAT ARE THE AGE REQUIREMENTS?
You must be 18 or older in order to rent long guns and 21 or older to rent handguns. 17 and under are allowed with adult supervision and completed waiver.
All ammunition must be purchased on-site at the facility. Please feel free to call for availability for certain calibers and pricing. Members of American Shooters may bring in outside ammunition for their firearms as long as the ammunition is compliant with our standards. No steel, buck/birdshot, armor-piercing, or tracers. If a member is shooting non-compliant ammunition, that membership will be revoked.
